Complaint Review: PAI

As of June 2012, my account balance was $60.10, today October 24, 2012 the account balance is $48.10.

My account has been dormant since 2006. My account was not charged any fees from 2006 to July 2012 and company instituted new rules to assess fees on accounts. A representative from Pai, call me (August 2012), to inform me that she was sending me papers to release the fund from this account. I received forms that indicated that funds would be release to the company (PAI) not to me.  Then, I received another letter that indicated that since the balance was $50 at this time that they would charge me half of the $50.00 for processing distribution ( my balance is decreasing every month). However, the  processing fee for other distribution of any amount is $50.00.

 So, they (PAI) are charging me $24.00 processing fee and is going to send me $24.00.Please check out this company before investing.
