Complaint Review: Paid Response

Paid Response ripoff Defective Software & Poor Customer Service I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my request for a refund. Calgary Alberta

I ordered People Finder Software along with the free software called Digital Protector & the Collectors Software Kit. Unfortunately, I couldn't open the software. I receive a message stating "The page cannot be found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

I have tried via email to contact support@paidtyping.com on 5/31/03 and 6/5/03. Also, I've emailed paidresponse@wiredup.com on 6/4/03 and 6/5/03 regarding help with this program (among the many other times that I have sent emails).

Unfortunately, neither one of them have responded. I've also tried to use the Online Service Desk, yet it is always offline. On 6/18/03 and 6/21/03, I tried to email the online representative @ dayna@ehelper.org within the required times stated on the website and I haven't received a reply.

I can't seem to get anyone to respond to my request for a refund. Their customer service is not to be desired. This company takes their money for the product quickly, but doesn't care about the customer after the sale is made.
