Complaint Review: Paige Pollack

I moved in to this place on September 1, 2018. Based on the month-to-month release, she agreed that no sleep overnight for both parties. But she bought some guys back. I was very afraid that her random guys would break into my room and rape me. When I told her that I wanted to move out, she went postal and acted very violently. When she came back, she kept slamming hard on the doors. She even turned off the AC in my room, when I kept telling her that I had a very bad fever. She yelled and screamed at me, when I told her that I must move out. I gave her an one-month notice. I notified her on the 14th of September. I mentioned to her that I would move out on October 14th. She was unpreditably violent. She screamed and forced me to move out by September 30. I told her, "You must give back the deposit to me. By law, you only have the rights to hold on to my deposit for 21 days." She kept blocking my messages, and she didn't pick up the phone call. Her attitude is unacceptablly horrible, emotional, and violent.

I texted her and called her today. She only said that she would give back the deposit to me whenever she had the money. I really don't believe a scammer like this! For my own safty, I even reported to the local police in Burbank, when I was still at 1024 N. Frederic St., Burbank, CA.

Watch out! Don't ever rent from Paige Pollack! She is lack of creditability, and her attitude is extremely horrible! She can eat up all of your money and torture the tenant to death!
