paintingstar.com LV FENG YAN Rubbish Painting, No Refund Zhangzhou Fujian China
I ordered a Mark Rothko reproduction from paintingstar.com website and paid by credit card on their site - I didn't realize that it was a Chinese bank as they say that payment is by Paypal. A Ricky from paintingstar emailed me to say that painting would be delivered in 2 weeks but 3 months later it finally arrived. I was shocked as it looked like it had been painted by a child, no detail and the wrong colors so I sent it back to them demanding a refund. Ricky (who I later out is the scammer LV FENG YAN) stoppoed answering my emails and my credit card company couldn't get a refund from the Chinese bank.
