On 07/16/10-I last used my credit/debit card to put gas in my vehicle, at a self service station.


On 07/17/10-I tried to use my credit/debit card at two wal-mart locations-card was declined.  My husbands credit/debit card was working, until the evening-when it was declined at a 3rd wal-mart location (not realizing our account was already overdrawn).


On 07/19/10-We received word from our bank that our account was over drawn, and I had to go in and sign forms stating that I did not authorize such purchases (3 separate charges, from this one place).  We first thought that they were PAY-PAL charges, and we checked with them and found that the charges did not originate with them.  I googled PAL in Makati Phillipines, and was blown away by the scam stories.  I tried all phone numbers listed for the PAL airlines (reservations,sales,customer relations,security, refunds) and all I got was "ph # has been changed,disconnected or no longer in service".
