Complaint Review: Paleoaholic - My Diet

I decide to order this online diet for paleo. It was $7.00 a month. I guess there was a spot as your ordering that says it will charge you for one year $54. I notice it 4 days after I ordered. I felt this was deceptive and I called to get a full refund of $61 and cancel this program. Here was my response.

Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect back in your account. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know. Thanks MyDiet Team

I still have not received my refund and this was there response again.

I have process your refund and I will monitor the status so this problem won’t happen again. I will personally take care of this and assure you that you will get your money back. I have multiple emails that just keep repeating themselves like it's automated response. 

i asked them to provide their # but refused since my acct is canceled.
