Palisade Collection, LLC Attempting to collect funds on a non-existing account, ruining my credit absolutely criminal ripoff scam Duluth Georgia

Palisade Collection Agency investigation Fox6 news investigative reporter John Mattes exposes Palisade like others exposed on Rip-off Report that sends out collection notices for alleged nonexistent bills threatening to ruin your credit. Today, I recieved a notice that Palisade Collection, LLC placed an ATT Wireless account with TxCollect, Inc. dba CTI.

It was in the amount of $346.97.

The only problem is I do not now, nor have I ever owned a cell phone!

In researching the company attempting to collect payment, I noticed several listings on this website.
I also checked with BBB and the report stated:
"Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s)."
This is absolutely criminal that a company can be allowed to ruin someones standing.
I intend to follow up with ATT and with the BBB before I file a police report.
