I was looking at my Experian credit report and I noticed an AT&T collection account. From a date when i was not even have AT&T customer. I at the time of this report have not been able to reach the proper people at AT&T but I have seen this here several times now and it is fraud. They are not listed in the phone directory nor do they provide a phone number for contact.

This needs to be taken to the proper level and these people need to be prosecuted.
