I noticed on my credit report that Palisades has been using various names such as ASTA & Fund Recovery making multiple entries about the same original debt that they bot for about 10 cents on the dollar from somebody named First Union -- who I've never had any account or credit from -- so First Union had to have bot the debt as well from Wach/Rec1 -- who I also never had any account with. I've noticed the debt has been entered under 6 different names.

Palisdades BUYS bad debt for cents on the dollar from creditors that don't want the hassle of trying to collect and have written it off as "bad debt" on their taxes. Then they proceed to make your credit report scores lower by adding it on there multiple times under various names. Incase anyone is wondering WHY their credit FICA & BEACON scores are worse than they really should be and are unable to obtain mortgage loans, etc.
