Palisade tried to run the same scam on me as they have on so many others on this site. I applied for a credit card, and was rejected because of a supposed overdue account with AT&T for $41 that dated from 1/2002. I filed an investigation company with Experian, and within a few weeks, the item was deleted from my account.

During this time, I called AT&T and the person I spoke to was of no help whatsoever. She couldn't answer any of my questions, such as why an account that had supposedly been delinquent since 5/99 was only sent to collections in 1/02. I believe that the only information she had about my supposed account was the bogus information that Palisade itself had provided. Had I not filed an investigation form directly with Experian, I would probably STILL be trying to get this matter resolved.

I am now in the process of getting credit reports from the other reporting agencies, just to make sure that Palisade hasn't reported similar charges to them.
