Palisade Collections and Risk Management Alternatives are trying to collect on fabricated AT&T charges. What's wrong with this picture?
I'm facing the same situation as everybody else here.
I see lots of people complaining, but not many are taking the offensive to get this to stop!
WHY IS THIS CONTINUING TO HAPPEN TO PEOPLE? Why are the credit reporting companies still accepting collections reports from them?
Has anyone tried going to the media? FBI? IRS? State Attorneys General offices? What kind of progress are people seeing? What's working and what's not?
Let's keep this place updated so we can pursue legal avenues to put an end to this scam.
