In March of this year i has put an application in for an apartment i was trying to get, but when they did a credit check it came back with this collection company on it.

The company said that i owed them $227 but when i tried to find out where the charge came from i couldn't get an answer.

Since then i have received another report and the palisade collections is no longer on there. It is now listed as osi portfolio services with the same amount owed.

I would like to find out what this is and how to go about fixing it but i can not figure out where to start to get answers?!
