Complaint Review: Palisades Acquisition Xvi

on november 29,2004 I called to settle a debt with capital management services,they agreed to settle my debt for $3600,Itold them I could only come up with $3200,I was put on hold while the representative told her supervisors,she told me they would accept this $3200,I made paymentand was told a settlement paper would be mailed out in a few days,never came,almost two years later I began getting collection notices on this same account,when I called they told me they had accepted the $3200 as partial payment, now I am being sued by appothaker & associates pc,520 fellowship road c306 mount laurel nj 08054 on behalf of palisades acquisition xvi for over $7500, I have made complaints to all federal and state agencys on this matter
