OK This d**n thing popped on my credit report right after I applied for a mortgage.

I ended up paying creditrewind to take care of this.

Here is what they shared with me:

Palisades Collection is owned by Astra Funding.

Asta Funding, Inc., (Nasdaq: ASFI), a leading consumer receivables asset management and liquidation company, announced that it's wholly-owned subsidiary Palisades Collection, LLC has acquired a collection center facility from a leading collection servicing company in Bethlehem, Pa.

I think that all of your complaints are filed on the wrong company. Everyone needs top file against AT&T and Asta Funding both public companies !
