Complaint Review: PALISADES COLLECTION & CTI COLLECTIONS

I was checking my credit and a charge off from Palasides Collection for $100.00 was reported to the credit bureaus.

I call Palasides and they gave me a number for CTI (888)570-5007 in Texas. CTI has some of the files for Palasides. After they gave me the run around I finaly spoke with someone there and they said the collection is for AT&T from 1999. I never used AT&T before, but they insist that this account belongs to me. I'm threatening to sue them for this error. I'm also disputing this with the credit bureaus.
