PALISADES COLLECTION LLC illegal and derogatory credit reporting Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
This company buys "debts" from cell phone carrier AT&T even though disputed and we paid in full per agreement with AT&T, they pursued alleged debt for over 5 years - now I am told that it is showing on credit report as currently owed and is negatively effecting credit rating such that new home loan would be .5% or 1% higher - from the history on this site Palisades deserves a class action wake-up call!
