January 10 2006 I turned 18 I did a 3 Bureau credit report since I was scared of being a Identity theft victim. I was hoping to have a clear record. To my surprise Palisades Collection company is reporting I Filled Bankruptcy back in June 2004 Gee I filled bankruptcy at the age of 16? Well I am very pissed off. I can't go to sleep thinking about it. I will do everything to clear this up. My best bet is my contacting my attorney general. I dont understand how they can do this to me.

I am going to call my attorney general tomorrow. I called palisades and they could not find me in their "Database" they claim they did not do the report to Equifax they told me to ask them to validate it and that it would get erased.

I believe that what they did constitutes an automatic payment to you for about $1000 or more. It is highly illegal to place false information on your credit report.

Check with the AG in your state.
