Palisades Collection, trying to collect on a debt for $349.84 from AT&T Wireless. I have never had an account with AT&T Wireless. Bethlehem Pennsylvania

Palisades collection is trying to collect $349.84 from me for an account from AT&T Wireless. I have never had an account with AT&T Wireless. I sent them a request letter for validation of this debt and they sent me back some past due bills with an account number on them and my name on them. But they are to an address I never even lived at. Also, I did not receive from them any form of an original contract with my SS# on it or my signature.
