Palisades Collections, LLC continues to report errors in credit bureau for bills that had been previously paid Engelwood Cliffs New Jersey
This company repeated reports information into the credit bureau for several accounts that I either never had or didn't owe. One account is a medical account which was paid and they are still reporting I owe., I can't contact them their number of (201) 567-2438 is disconnected.
I have never had any accounts with palisades and would like this information off my credit report it is lowering my scores!!

Send a certified letter with return receipt to all credit bureaus stating: Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act I am requesting validation of this alleged debt from Palisades.
Send a certified letter with return receipt to Palisades stating: Per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I am requesting validation of this alleged debt. Please provide documentation providing that this debt is mine...i.e. copies of signed contracts...
