Palm Bay Chevrolet DISHONEST, MISLEADING RIPOFF Palm Bay Florida
In my experience with Palm Bay Chevrolet, i found some of the salesmen to dishonest, misleading, and rude. On June 26, 2004 I called Palm Bay and spoke with Brian. At the time they had a special (commericial on televison) that they would give you $10,000.00 for make and year car. He confirmed this was true. He set a appointment for me Tues. morning @ 9:30am. He said come in and drive home in a car from us. I still thought it was to good to be true. I asked him "what is the catch?", he replied "there is no catch, come in and drive home in a new car."
I arrive Tues morning with my children, excited about driving home in something else. 1. My name was not in the computer for an appointment. 2. He didn't remember who i was or the conversation. 3. He wouldn't come out from where ever he was. 4. I went though some paper, confirmed again about the trade in, and told the salesmen what vehicles I was interested in. He said those were fine, but he wanted to show me the 2004 caviler first. After much pressure I told him I was not interested in that car. Then he told me that the $10,000 trade in is only for buying a 2004 truck, not anything else. I asked to speak with Brian, they would not let me. He told me I should have read the fine print on the commercial, the conversation continued to be rude in front of my 2 children.

These push, pull or drag it in sales are aimed at one person...the car crazy, the doormat or the gulible. Do you think they can afford to offer you 10,000 for a used car that is probably worth 1000 or less? Hello? Do you see anything wrong here? Yes, it was too good to be true.
