I paid $300 payable to Palm Beach Diner and gave it to James Hayes in Feb 2017 to have my business advertised as of April 16th it did not go to print, on April 26th, I have a text from James Hayes saying Rocky would mail my check. As of today; June 5th; I have no check. James Hayes is a scam and Rocky is worse because he is putting all the blame on James even though he cashed my check. I'm a small business trying to grow my business; not throw money away!!
