Palm Beach Jewelry sent faulty merchandise and after a month claimed they never received the return and will not exchange/ Boca Raton Florida
Purchased jewelry for my wife for Christmas. Received it November 13th but stones missing from earrings. Used their pre-paid label and followed their instructions for a return for exchange. including all required paperwork and a coopy of my receipt/order docs.
This was a simple "drop in any US mailbox to return." Sent back the week of Thanksgiving. 2nd week of December, still hjad notreceived my replacement jewelry. Tried calling Customer service but l;inre busy, busy, busy. So I used their customer service email contact form and asked the status of my exchange.
No reply, and no jewelry. Four days before Christmas I sent a second email to customer service. Still no reply or replacement jewelry. Today, December 26th I to Customer service. Rude person "NIck" told me they never receievbed my return and therefore would do nothing to help me. Told me to go to post office and get a tracking number.
When i explained that there was no tracking number because i used their prepaid label and followed their instructions to drop it in a mailbox. He basically said I was out of luck. Too bad. Nothing they will do. So I am out the money spent and a Christmas gift for my wife.
