Complaint Review: Palm Beach Outboards

Palm Beach Outboards sold us a Yamaha 4 stroke motor that had been pieced together and not mechanically sound for $8000.00 and six months and 12 hours later it blew out on the water leaving us stranded.  When we brought it to them they took the motor completely apart, took off the crank shaft (that they said had cracked and got rid of it) and told us to come pick up the pieces of the motor on a pallet. They left us without a motor and the "owner" Russ said he would not do anything for us.  After further research he has a slew of people not happy with him ripping them off too.  Save your money and go somewhere else as Palm Beach Outboards will only rip you off!
