9 months ago in the middle of winter,  I wanted to tan a few times. Kristen, the manager, discussed a 1 month package with me and then told me to sign at the "X's". Assuming that it was a one time charge and that I was signing to acknowlege health risks, I did sign as she indicated. However when the contract came in the mail I realized that it was for a 6 month package.

I only used the tanning beds 3 times in a one month period.

I went in to ask Kristen to cancel, explaining that there was a mistake. She said there was nothing she could do.

After 6 months of just eating the mistake. I thought I was done... but then they automatically renewed the contract!

I then called and spoke to Kristen and she says that I'll have to come in and fill out a cancelation form in person. WHY didn't she do this before when I first complained. She said there was nothing she could do.

LIAR and CROOK, shame on you!

*** Palm Beach Tan has agreed to refund my payments. Just received a check in the mail today.
