Complaint Review: Palm Court Inn & Suites

This company is engaged in False Advertising. The rooms & air conditioners are moldly & stained. Carpets are heavily soiled. Broken fire alarms and fixtures. A mentally unstable employee named Leslie Henderson is hostile towards the residents. Withholds mail from people she doesn't like.

When psychotic, she gets even more hostile. She threatens people verbally to your face and behind your back. Anyone who fights because the owner is so afraid her gets kicked out. He won't evict her from the property even though she's the real problem.

The maintenance man never does not do his job because he's always under the influence. Alan Patel needs to be forced to take responsibility for his blatant false advertising and the hostile actions of this employee, Leslie Henderson.
