Nick Tersigni has been a profesional con artist since '92 when he ran Royal Palm Nursry, but that was almost 25 years ago. Nick Tersigni has really stepped up his game since 2009 after being released from prison.

How They Met.

Nick Tersigni met his current wife Tania Rene Tersigni (AKA Tania Rene Pringle), at the Oyster Bar, located in downtown Saint Petersburg, where she bartended and he shucked oysters during his work release program. Talk around the town about wild crazy Tania, who was later let go from the Oyster Bar for being intoxicated on the job, got around to Nick and he was a little more interested. He had found out from co- workers that Tania hosts these wild crazy parties at her Pasadena Yacht and Country Club home, located at (((REDACTED)))Gulfport Fl. Nick, being who is, asked how she could be in such a grand home being just a bartender at the Oyster Bar. It was and still is Mary Pxxxxxxx home( Tania's grandmother). Mary Pxxxxxx still lives there to this day. Mary is worth about 5 to 10 million dollars. Never got an exact amount. Nick, finding this information out after charming Tania a little, moved right in after being released from prison. Nick and Tania were married and pregnant with in that year. A month after the first child was born, Tania was pregnant with her second. USER, MOOCHER, CON ARTIST.

How he obtained his business(Palm Harbor Palms)

You guessed it, Mary Pxxxxxx with in the first couple of years of knowing Nick Tersigni bought him the business and the land it sits on(3226 22nd Ave S.) for a reported 250,000 dollars. Nick then hit Mary up for machinery, trucks, supplies to run and operate the business. Another reported $100,000 to $150,000. Mary Pringle, being now 80 years old, is thinking shes is investing in a well known business and that she has a great son in law who will pay her back. That didnt happen. Lets not forgett, years ago, Nick Tersigni also went down for exploiding the elderly. USER AND ABUSER!

SAME OLD WAYS.

The first year of having the business, Nick Tersigni is back to the same old thing he was busted and serve 8 years for. Starting a job and not finishing it. Taking money upfront and not doing the job. Charging ridiculous amounts and fees that spring up after he has already dug up your yard. You dont pay him more, he wont finish. He also has been operating with out licenses. HES NOT LICENSED. Just asked the city, they follow his work trucks around everywhere. Nick also claims he is qualified to any job . Even if he has never had any experience in that field. RECIPE FOR DISASTER, STAY AWAY!

NICKS NEW FOUND WAYS!

Lets add drug dealer to the list, and being where the business is located, South St Pete, he blends right in and nobody supsects a thing. Nick recieves drugs through mail and also drivers drive them in from all over. Nick dipps and dabbs in all kinds of drugs but his main three, Marijuana, Perscription pills, and Cocaine. He uses his employees and other small time drug dealers in the south side area to "push" sell drug for him. The drug shipments come directly to the shop(Palm Harbor Palms), where he will then keep up to 5lbs of marijuana in a safe under his desk. Nick also personally uses the drugs he sells. Never been much of a marijuana smoker but very much so addicted to pain killers. "oxys" and "blues" I believe there called. And also cocaine. He sits at his his desk all day long, higher then a kite while he should be working and dealing with customer complaints and issues. SAD EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS OWNER.

Nicks Employees

Nick has "purchased" three rental properties located in Gulfport where he lets them live if they work for him. He works these drug addicted men like dogs and charges them a ridiculous amount of utiltility fees and rent fees. So basically these guys dont get an actual pay check and are stuck under Nick Tersigni forever, or they can be homeless with out a job. The trick is though, Nick isnt paying these bills for these guys. The homes are foreclosed on now, and those utility bills that the guys think they are paying (thats why there checks are $20 a week), aren't being paid either! Just another way Nick Tersigni cons people out of their money. The men doing the job for you are also given drugs every night for there service that day. Nick rights everything down and at the end of the week, the employees actually owe him! The horrible work that comes from Palm Harbor Palms employees, now makes sense. How does Nick Tersigni get away with this you ask. He pays his employees under the table(he does that to avoid child support being taken out there paychecks). That would be less money for him. NO GOOD CON MAN.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS?

Nick Tersigni, also being as dangerous as he is, its very important I stay annonymous, But all i can say is that I have had inside family ties with him for a long time. And to the other people reporting on Nick Tersigni please take this letter. Use it. Contact media and who ever you have to. We need to come together and take this man off the streets once and for all. The people of Charlotte and Sarasota counties came together and got him off the streets for almost a decade. Pinellas county needs to do the same.
