Complaint Review: Palm Pools

I had a fiberglass pool installed by Palm Pools in fall of 2005. The cost of the pool was $37,000. I have had several issues, mainly minor, but I had a hard time getting them out to do the repairs. However, the concrete around the pool is cracking and falling apart. After several phone calls, they finally sent someone out to look at it and he told me that it was a terrible job and he would report it to the manager. After two weeks, I called and spoke with Greg, the manager, who said they weren't going to fix it. Greg is the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever encountered and I hope they go out of business. DO NOT EVER BUY A POOL FROM THEM. They don't know what they are doing, and dealing with them has been a total nightmare.
