Purchaced a 2005 Carolina Cat boat with Yamaha 115 and trailer as is with the understanding from there salesman Jeff that everything was in order i ask all the right questions have owned 10 + boats agreed to wire the funds agreed to pay a $400 deliver fee when the boat arrive with black mold thru out i started checking things nothing on the boat worked but 1 thing bilge pumps bad livewell pum bad port and starbord lights out fuse block bad, VsT pump, bad steering, bad water seperator rusted out, and by passed,seats torn they charged me for 20 gallons of fresh gas that was full of water the boat would run on lift but under power it was picking up water the owner Craig is a lire he wont do anything and told me i had no right fixing the boat with out his permission that I should have returned it that was not an opction his google commment was the boat was under warranty and he offer me money not what he said was let him think on it over the weekend and he would get back with me he never did called him and told me I buoght the boat as is I have spent over$3000 on the boat which now runs great spent $750 on trailer repair to make road safe
