I worked for this company for 9 months, and was terminated for log violations.  They did indeed get a bad DOT audit, and were fined close to 30k, after the audit the then "safety manager", had me make an illegal move in Southern California, to pick up a load even though I called her and told  her that there was no way to make the move with only showing 7 hours in the sleeper, she told me to do it anyway, and I responded I would log it as I drove it.  A month later I was fined $250.00 and suspended for a day for a log violation in april, I reminded her of the move she had me make but it was never recinded nor was my money refunded, (covering herself), in August I messed up on a split sleeper and got another vilolation, and shut down for two hours, then in September I was dicharged as a result, rules are rules as they had adopted a no tolerance policy, as they have a conditional rating with the DOT, and are having problems getting loads as a result, I have no problem with the discharge, I broke the rules, I do however have a big problem with them not dealing with me honestly and fairly regarding the monies I am owed.

Since then, I have had to send a certified letter requesting the monies owed me, the week of my discharge no money was loaded to my card for deposit to the bank, even though I did recieve via U.S. Mail a settlement sheet and deposit notice, I called payroll several times and was told a check had been sent each time, finally after reading the Mo. labor site I sent a certified letter formaly requesting my money which was and is owed me, finally the next week, I recieve a check for 469.00 and change, and a settlement sheet which included the aforementioned pay period but now with a bunch of fines added to it,  the total for the settlements were over $1400.00, and still no truck deposit refund.  I am now looking into legal action against this company.

I would highly recommend that drivers stay away from this outfit, you will never be able to figure out your settlement sheets, and where the heck your money goes each month, we were told I can have my pay audited, and am checking on that now, as I suspect I was double tapped for lumper fees and advances, in the years I have driven I have allways been able to predict, or figure out what my pay was going to be until I got on with these folks, it was always more than a hundred under what I had figured on, or on many occasions two to three hundred.
