Palmer Cash Thieves, Frauds, Unhelpful, Unresponsive, HORRIBLE COMPANY Ripoff Iowa Internet
I ordered two t-shirts from palmercash in the beginning of November, expecting to give them to my boyfriend as Christmas gifts. I was patient and understanding, as I know this is one of the busiest times of the year for companies.
Two weeks before Christmas I e-mailed their company asking about my order, etc. I never received a response. A week before Christmas I e-mailed them again. No response. Finally two days before Christmas I e-mailed them again, furious. I finally got a response. After taking down ALL my information again (which they should have had in the first place), I figured they would send out my order and was satisfied. WRONG.
When January came, and still no shirts, I sent them another e-mail. No response. I sent them an e-mail every day for a week and a half. NO RESPONSE.
I've tried every technique possible. I've been nice, I've been mean, I've threatened, but nothing works. They can't even bother responding to my complaints.
The fact is, I'm a student putting myself through college. Every single cent matters to me. They esentially stole 40 dollars from my account, and didn't even care. I will never order from them again, I hope their company shuts down, and I hope I help at least one person who was thinking about ordering from their company.
The whole ordeal is frustrating and tiresome. I could have used that 40 dollars towards food, rent, tuition, books, anything....but they stole it because PLAMER CASH IS A THIEF. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
