Jerrod Palmer was hired to move a 40' x 50' barn bldg, the bldg was demolished instead of dismantled. He knew the post would have to be used to put bldg back up and cut them up with chain saw. When we asked him to replace post and much of the lumber he destroyed, he asked for more money, we gave him another draw on the job and he never returned to do any work.
