Complaint Review: Palmercash

I placed an order for 2 t-shirts last month (feb). Did not send me me One of the shirts! In the Receipt the other shirt that i orderd was marked out and that "refund-no longer avail." just like that! I found at www.ripoffreport.com that a similar thing happened to a girl in Alabama. So I hurried and wrote them a message asking for a free shirt, in place of my "no refund" and asked them to call my number, or send me an email response, also I claimed to sue them if i got no respong from them, and that it exactly what i plan on doing if i get no help.
