I would NEVER do business with these people. They are NOT Trustworthy, Not Dependable, Not Reliable. They sold me a puppy, then decided they wanted to keep this puppy. Not the way to do business with the public if they want to build up a good reputation. I would NOT TRUST them, if I were purchasing a puppy, they most likely will do the same to you!

You can not be sure of the puppy you are purchasing from them, will you get it, or NOT Receive it!

The complaint filed by "K" from Indianapolis about Eileen Palmer and Kate Palmer is both sad and amusing, but primarily deceptive. It's been well over two years since I've heard from this "K" person, and I would have never seen this complaint, but my husband "Googled" my business name, and there it was.

I would like to give you a little background on her. When she contacted me about purchasing a puppy, she lived in Oklahoma. (apparently she's moved around a bit)We emailed each other a few times, and spoke on the phone as well. I don't sell a puppy to someone with out finding out as much as possible about them. "K" seemed well informed, and ready to take on the responcibility of caring for a puppy until she ask me during a phone conversation if I kept my dogs in "barn out back". This was not something I never expected to be asked. As far as I was concerned she was getting all set up to run her "puppy mill", but none of my puppies were going to living under those conditions. I emailed her and let her know that I would not be shipping a dog out to her, and that I would be sending her deposit back.

We have clearly stated on our website that if it comes to our attention that a potential buyer does not have the best intention of our puppies at heart, we may change our minds about selling to them.

"K" also failed to mention that I told her not to send any more money, because I had changed my mind. She sent an additional check anyway, and instead of retaining the deposit and the additional check, I destroyed the second check, and mailed her a check to cover the full amount of her original deposit. I know for a fact that ther are few breeders who would refund the original deposit.

I've been in business for 13 years, and in all of that have never had a single complaint except for "K". You can believe that I warned all of the breeders I know to be aware of this person.

I would be happy to provide character references to anyone interested in purchasing a puppy from me. I wonder if "K" knows anyone who would be willing to provide a character reference for her.
