Complaint Review: Palmetto Armory

Palmetto Armory Order did not ship because they could not identify the gun! South Carolina

I orderd a hand gun and got confirmation it was in stock. I got another confirmation the 23rd of June it had shipped. I was not given a tracking number for "security" reasons. 3 day UPS was the method of delivery. Today is the 30 of June and no shipment.

 

I contacted the Compliace office at Palmetto and was told the package was still there. I was the next person they were going to call... I made the call to them. The explanation was that, the guns serial number did not match the shipping label. They show they never had this gun in inventory.

 

So it sat on Bubba's desk until someone asked about it, ME! They are sorry and will ship it inthe next day or so. That is their idea of rushing the order.

So, here I sit waiting for a simple shipment. I wish I had read the repoerts on how bad this company is to deal with. This will be my last order from them. Lower peice or not. Their customer service sucks.
