Complaint Review: Palmetto Marketing Inc. David Smith

Palmetto Marketing, Inc. has spread to Arizona and is waiting to rip off sympathetic people.

A scruffy-looking kid came to my door with a story about getting a trip to Cancun by getting the mostnpoints for subscriptions and being the first guy to win it because "the girls cheat." He also said he was doing it to improve his public speaking skills. I was suspicious because he seemed a little weird and not like a legitimate salesperson.

I tried the website he gave me, and it doesn't exist. The phone number he gave is also bogus. I did a Google search online, found this site, and confirmed that it was a scam.

It will cost me almost as much to stop payment on the check as I would've lost had it cleared. No way are those rats going to get my money, though.
