They never fulfilled their obligation. On 01/19/02 a young woman convinced me to help her by buying a magazine subscription so I bought Highlights Jack n Jill for my kids. I haven't been able to get in touch with this company and only found out this evening that they have a negative record at the Better Business Bureau. I'm out my $46 and my kids don't have an educational magazine.

I just want to say that this is a company that clears magazine orders, so guess what? If you received one issue that means that your order for that magazine was turned in and the only one at fault for you not receiving the rest of your issues is the magazine itself. Not some kid and not P.M.I. I worked for the for three years andthat is not how things are ran. So put the blame where it belongs.

I worked for this company for three years and I had the pleasure of working with Tina who is a great manager, Rebecca who is was a great agent, and Andrew who is a very close friend of mine. All these people are awesome and you can't judge them buy one mistake that was made. You sure wouldn't want to be judged for the rest of your life for one mistake that someone you knew may or may not have done. I think this business is awesome I still work for a magazine company now as a manager though

I received one magazine and then never received any more. I called Cosmo and found out that the company, Palmetto Marketing, CANCELED my subscription! That was DELIBERATE on their part! That, sir, is NOT an accident! You people are criminals, low down dirty scum and you should be ashamed to work for crooks who steal from hard working people. One day, you to will get yours!

Hello my name is Andrew Gronquist and I am the person who trained Rebecca in and tought her how to sell subscriptions the RIGHT way. That way is by telling the truth about what you are doing. When I went door to door, I was "winning" my contest. If an order is canceledor not processed correctly I did not recieve the points that were alotted for that subscription.

When running from door to door there were times that even I made mistakes. I was not out trying to rip any body off and I was very clear that that was compleatly unacceptable to any body that I did train. If one person lies, cheats, or steals it ruins it for somebody who is honest and just trying to win thier contest.

There are many reports on this site and in many other places. I can say that I did NOT in any way decieve any person who I met weather they helped me or not. There were times that my recipts didn't go through from a mistake I made and I wish I could personaly say I'm sorry to any one who was affected by any mistakes I made. I am a good person and I also know that because some people did do things that they were not suposed to do it reflects on me because I was a representative of the company.

The same is true in the bussiness and personal transactions that I particapate in daily now. I do stand by my word and have many prominate people in my community that could and would vouge for that today.

PMI is not the only company who travels the country clearing subscriptions and not all the companies are honest. Also, the same as in any bussiness throughout the world, not every employee is honest or even trained the right way. I can say I'm sorry that that is so and that it reflects upon me.

But I didn't do anything deliberately to mislead anybody and still dont, and I did do my best to ensure that the people I trained at PMI were shown how to do it honestly and sincerly, as I have and will hopefully continue to do threw life in every aspect.

I am only one man and do not hide from the mistakes or wrongs that have and will occur by people I have no control over, but I have and will always do what I can to correct any wrongs I can.
