Palmetto Marketing ripoff Coral Springs Florida
I ordered a magazine subscription for my friend on August 14, 2002. I also ordered one for myself. I have recieved half my order, however, I have not recieved the other half of my order. I want to contact them and find out what's going on with my order and give them the benefit of the doubt. I have not found an e-mail address or phone number to contact. So am I out $66.00 or?

I used to work for this company, and it really depends on what magazine you ordered as to when you will get it. For example... there are some subscriptions we had that only had 6 or even 4 issues, therefore they will NOT be coming out every month.
I do know that unless there was a problem reading the address and phone number or yu used the THREE DAY CANCELLATION on the nack of the reciept, you WILL get your magazines.
I am, however surprised that you have already started getting your subscriptions. On the reciepts it tells the customer to allow 90 to 120 days for delivery. That's 3-4 months, and if you ordered on Aug. 14th, then your subscription should just now be getting started. Just give it a little time.
