I placed an order with PSA on 6 May 2016 for items that were advertised with free shipping on their website. While going through checkout I noted that shpping was still being charged and believed that PSA would correct the error. I sent an e-mail the same evening to customer service expecting for the problem to be corrected. On 10 May, I had been notified that the items had been shipped but the billing error was not corrected. I called and spoke with customer service and the first representative stated that it was not offered with free shipping and basically I had to prove that their website was in error.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and was just passed to another customer service representative that called me a liar. So I asked to speak with her supervisor. She gave me the manager is in a meeting and will be all day, I can put you through to voicemail or you can wait on hold all day.  I asked to have the manager call me back. The customer service representative hung up on me. I cancelled my order through my credit card and refused the shipment. I recommend all my fellow shooters find another business to order from because this one falsely advertises, will not correct small mistakes on their part, and then insults its customer base. Vote with your dollars and do business somewhere else.
