Palmetto State armory Dangerous and defective product with glacial response and NO REFUND Charleston South Carolina
Bought 1 60 round schmeisser magazine. Upon first use, 6 ftf, dangerous scoring and bending of ammo as it tried to feed into a well kept Aeroprecision rifle. Took a week to get a reply to be able to send it back as they don't EVER answer their phones and are extremely slow with email. Once sent it's like a black hole...No response, no refund, nothing until I filed a complaint with the Better Business bureau then they stated that they would process a refund after 5 to 10 business days.
They received the item on 4/27 and as of 5/12 no refund despite a lot of prodding by myself. These guys really are lacking in the fundamentals. First and last time doing business with them...Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.They said I'd get a refund...still waiting on that... Finally filed a chargeback with my bank.
They skew their reviews on defective items and do a pretty thorough job of scrubbing internet review that are negative and abundant if you look past their website. BBB and many other sites have numerous negative reviews for a company that is only interested in taking your money and forgetting about the service side of things...Really, shop elsewhere.
