This story you are about to read is true. I was driving down a street called Olive st. located in the city of Hesperia Ca. when these nice fairly new apartment building caught my attention , there was a sign ,
that read, rent free for a year come in and for more information , so i drove through a halfway finish gate up to the office, the on site manager name at that time was, Andrea Boyles, she inform me that the owner ,
said to tell eveyone no credit checks , just needed to verify where I work , I thought to myself she shouldn't be telling everyone that , no. 1 she didn't sound professional ,she also added that the place
was lease option ,pay 1250 per month and part of that goes toward down payment , I ask her where does the rent free come in at ,she explain that was the rent free , because the money goes towards
down payment, I was waiting for other options at the time , but this one seem to move fast now I know why, get to that later, so I filled out the lease option to buy ,which were suppose to have been ,
condominiums , they were big units and nice three bedrooms two full baths , about 1300 sqf. , Andrea Boyles told me that the security gates would be ready in three weeks or less. The first thing I notice
was the fire place was not working brand new ,I told the manager and she said she would call the owner he will call someone out ,that took about two months, I also had a dummy box on the front patio,
no wire in the box to hook up to that never got fix, each time I ask for something to get fix it was a fight , the owner and management would get mad . the plumbing was bad , the back bedroom leaked ,
at this point I was ready to move , now this was year 2010 , I was still there , it wasn't easy for me to pick up and leave , I had to much invested ,and nothing to move with , might I add when I first sign the
manager said the owner wanted cash only , so I paid 500 dollars cash got a receipt, but I wouldn't give her the 1250 dollars cash , it just didnt sound right. The manager told me that the owner would lower the rent to 1000 dollars due to the economy , later I found out that he lowered it because there was no
condo conversion , never was. The first owner I dont know his name took out a loan on the property and a lot of things were undone , than this Palo Pelsnik, came in and took over the property right around the
time I moved in , I didn't get the chance to meet either owner , they had just left , or I just miss them ,
Andrea Boyles , told me that 25 of a million was missing , I ask her from who ,she said the owners.
This was going into year 2011 and the lease change to 850 dollars a month for me a new lease right after the previous 1000 lease , one of the tenants moved out I won't say his name right now , but he
told me they lied about the condo conversion he refuse to pay rent and they were going to evict his family , he was working on getting a lawyer, management and owner let him move back in and reduced ,
his rent to 750 dollars a month and paid him back part of his lease toward the option to buy. I found out that the owner was being audited in Jan. of 2011 and thats when the stuff hit the fan . I found out that everyone in the place was paying different rents ,some low some very high , a lot is cover up at this
place. Palo Pelsnik , hired , MGR ,property management to come clean up his mess , and they sent out a letter that they will be helping out on site manager , not so , they came in trying to get everyone to
sign a new lease with them ,three of us wouldn't because that would mean we never had a option to buy , so the same guy they let move back in got into a big argument , right in the front with MGR ,
property management, they had just served him eviction notice , I knew I was next , but no they had sent a notice that I owe 1300 dollars , which was wrong I have all my receipts even to this day.
I sent my receipts over to Mgr, a patti LeBarron through fax and mail , she did not respond, they sent out eviction notice to each person in the building I did't get one , I got served papers from the court
from victorville , I watched them send people to spy and one lady upstairs ask me to call her at a certain time , around the time I was to appear in court , I had wrote housing , BBB,FTC, all the time the old manager was pretending to help us , she was telling MGR my every move , they fired Andrea Boyles .
MGR moved in , told everyone old management stole over 25 thousand dollars , I guess that would account for the money that nobody paid as they claim in rents , MGR let those stay that sign with them which .
stated they paid Andrea Boyles in cash, I wouldn't pay cash after the security deposit , I had to have my proof , so Andrea was the one all the tenants came after at her door , people were ready to
beat down her door , mean while I'm looking for a way out , had little money to move with my grandchildren , they wanted me out , the lawyer saw my receipts when he ask do I want to pay , when I went to court , he took the receipts to Patti Lebarron in the front row and she wouldn't look at them
I told the judge I paid to olive gardens, thats where my lease is under , to a andrea boyles ,to the acting judge, he was a commissioner , who seemed confuse he ask who was andrea boyles , this patti lebarron quickly
said this is not our ,company and the judge and lawyer went on to file a judgment against me for 5000 dollars in back pay and court cost, I appeal twice , I went to several resources to help , even went to a lawyer in victorville he said well you been screwed , I know my time was running out before the
sheriff showed , I couldnt get anytime , I appeal again , for stay of eviction , a exparte motion , because of hardship and i needed more time because I had already invested a lot of time and energy in
this place I was to buy, not only were all my motions denied , the judge was insulting , he said hardship how can you pay anything it appears you been in hardship all the time no motion denied.
Paper work was lost ,
one lady at the court that worked there told me we don't do appeals here , the judge was surprise I found and serve the lawyer , on one appeal , his words , how did you serve him , meaning , how did you find him, he was hidden his address was not clear on paper works, there was no city I had to look up all
that, I been through somethings before ,I even called naacp ,no help they were scared , people would back down , no one could help , even when i found a place they found a way to stop that, told the people ,
they had to evict me I knew to much . I wrote the DRE. against MGR. at that time I left the high desert . I read my email the DRE told me the case was close because I didn't answer , hello I was in transition at the time,
DRE, told me he met with someone at the office and got their side of the story , without me ?, guess who took him to lunch and won him over, your right Patti lebarron . I moved the high desert/ that cult and click but I do warns those who dare to move that way think twice , there is no love , just greed and hate. Patti lebarron words she spoke , people have to have a place to stay , thats how MGR make their money ,
not if people stop renting from them. These people try to play god , they get their kicks in locking people out , thats one of their favorite pass time , I heard andrea boyles and patti lebarron say that about Ein, one of the tenants , that way they can take your things also. These people try to destroy me
and my credit, from buying , even renting a place .
