Pam Finkelstein cannot be trusted in the real estate business. She makes promise that she does not keep and will steal commissions when given the opportunity to do so. She owes Manalapan Realtor Bill Quigley $6,000 for his work on the sale of $1.15 million dollar estate on Spoonbill Road in Manalapan. At the closing Pamela announced for the first time that she was keeping the entire $30,000 commission. Not only was this dishonest, but it was short sighted as the other parties involved in the transaction were prominent Manalapan politicians who have deep roots in the community. Pam Finkelstein was only used on the deal because of a favor and with the condition of sharing a small part of the commission with Mr. Quiguley. Shame on you Pamela - when it comes to Pam, no
good deed goes unpunished.
Pamela Finkestein should never be used if you have to count on her to follow through on a verbal agreement.

Unbelievably Pam Finkelstein still works at Luxury Partners Realty and a woman today on the phone said and I quote "There are no oral agreements in Real Estate" I guess birds of a feather flock together.
I will NEVER recommend Luxury Partners Realty or Pam Finkelstein to anyone until she makes good on her word which it seems she will never do.
Your word should be your bond and clearly when dealing with Luxury Partners Realty you better make sure you get everything in writing or stay away.
