WARNING! - To anyone dealing with Ms. Pamela Brandy Sanders. She is definitely a con artist who is only out for profit. Any information you find posted on this woman is completely FALSE! Her highest education level is at West Side High School Gary, Indiana (diploma received I have not been able to verify) . She was born in Chicago under the birth name Pamela J. Porter but, a year later her family moved to Gary, Indiana where she was raised. She is not a professional in the industry and she has no connections to anyone of importance to help with the advancement of your child's career. She has been in and out of court since the early 90's in San Diego, CA and has continued to currently be sued in LA Superior Court (along with her late husband, Stanley Sanders).
The location of her organization is one of a Private Mail Box Only! She has no physical address for the girls of The Kierrah Foundation to go to for the services she claims to provide. Any donations or cash only payments received for her events go directly into her pocket except for those who are helping her get away with her deceit (Donald Carraway/Velvet Ropes Ent.). They are paid not by check but, under the table, on a cash only basis. If you pay online, the Kierrah Events Organization is not a corporation but, a D.B.A. of Ms. Sanders which is attached to a Paypal account and all funds are again going to her personal checking account. If you find yourself in small claims court with Ms. Sanders, you will have a very difficult time finding her physical location (Private Investigators included).
She has changed her name a few times (not by marriage), carries a Pre-Paid Cell phone, multiple Pre-Paid credit cards, and has no known residential listing anywhere. Ms. Sanders has made her way in this industry through the advice and education of her one and only Board Member as well as President of the Kierrah Foundation, Daniela Ryan-Feath, who has been there with Mr. and Mrs. Sanders, since the beginning in 2004. Mrs. Ryan-Feath has since relocated to Palm Desert, CA but, is still a reliable source for Pamela Brandy Sanders as she continues to scam the general public and anyone associated with the events of The Kierrah Foundation. So, please be aware and warn all others who are associated with or are thinking of being a part of this organization.

Well, it's 2015 and she's still at it...but under another name, "Nu Skool Sings Old School". I too was scammed out of THOUSANDS of dollars.....so sad that the scheme is based on the love parents have for their kids. It's how she makes a living. I wish I would have researched and found this report earlier. I wish there was a way to warn innocent people. This is tragic!

The Kierrah Foundation and the woman behind it are a scam, in my experience. In late 2006 she repeatedly contacted the proprietor of a business I was working at at the time, saying he was amongst those entertainment industry people being given an award at her charity's upcoming celebrity-studded dinner gala, to be held at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. (She is black, and it was a black-oriented honoree roster, which I state just for informational purposes.) She said any of the honorees' guests to attend the dinner needed to remit $150, which would go to the Foundation. We submitted $150 for the proprietor to bring his wife, and a dear fried of mine also came up with $150 on my behalf, so I could attend.
WHAT A CROCK!! When the time came for the alleged gala, it went up like smoke. The Roosevelt did confirm that she "took out a room to use as an organizing base" at the hotel, a day or two before the scheduled gala date; but nothing much further. She suddenly cancelled the alleged gala; and proceeded to take the money and run.
We had some fleeting contact with her in the aftermath insofar as what address to refund our combined $300 to; which she said she'd do but of course never did. Soon thereafter her phone was disconnected. Lord knows how many others she pilfered the $150-per-head out of.
I see her .org website is down, and her Facebook hasn't been updated since 2010.
I hope this malicious woman karmically gets back every iota of the ill due her. She is truly a con artist, and the quintessence of what this website, RipoffReport, is about.
Beware of any alternate names she may be operating under, both personal and charity name.

Apparently, you have been mislead by your friend, Mrs. Pamela Brandy Sanders. She has been taking advantage of people for a longtime and what she does for the kids is a great way for her to put money in her pocket. She takes advantage of others as she scams them out of their money. She is definitely not putting money into the Kierrah Foundation which alledgedly helps aged out of foster care girls. Mrs. Sanders has been sued more times then I can count, a fact that is in court records and you should probably investigate prior to your next response.
The Kierrah Foundation's non-profit status was revoked because as the Chief Financial Officer, she did not report the organizations income for the past 3 plus years and she has been suspended by the State of California for the same reason since 2010 (Hmmmm, I wonder where that unreported money is going). So, get your facts together and come back to me with information to support your high regards towards your friend. Or better yet pay those court judgments she has not honored for scamming people along her path of good deeds. I do not have ill will towards anyone who is doing good for the kids. And yes I have heard the god given talent of the Nu Skool Sings Old School kids, I am just sorry that they are tied up with the reputation of Mrs. Brandy Sanders who uses these kids for her own personal gain.

I have know Brandy for several years and in the time I have know her, her whole life is in helping others. I am astonished and in disbelief that someone would report her as a con artist. She is anything BUT! She works tirelessly to support, promote, and give of herself to help young artist. There is always one bad apple who is disruptive to someones reputation if they don't get their way. I am assuming this is the case. I have met no one who is as devoted as she is to helping young talent be showcased. She is a always thinking of ways to promote new talent. Have you ever listened to the children she is promoting? Awesome talent! I am outraged that this is happening to her. I for one know that this woman puts every dime in her pursuit of helping these children. Shame on the person who filed this complaint!
