Complaint Review: pamela schweikert

I see that I have been also accused of living in a dream world.  Now that part is true...It's been living a dream since I stopped dealing with Pamela.  Along the way I ahve been accused of having nothign better to do then reek havoc on a number of breeders.  Well..that's odd...why is this only rip off report posted by me listed?

For all future Pamela posters who simply want to call me names and nothing more.  I have one simple statement to make for all of them.  Your eyes are on backwards, you should be asking Pamela to explain why she doesn't accept vet reports...why she claims all vets lie and why can't she ever prove the claims she makes against people.

I truly suspect that all these postings defending Pamela's honor are indeed Pamela herself.... 

Hey Pamela:  I have e-mails you stated to me and others that Donna stole the dog leashes and purse.  Now you admit you gave them to her.  It's about time you told the truth.   Just remember Pamela you need to tell the truth daily then you don't have to remember what you said the next day.  You keep lashing out to those telling the truth about the dogs purchased and paid for from you.  You need to clean up the mess you created and this is not the way an adult "Breeder of Merit" would respond.  They would take approriate action to correct the problem.   

You have to live with what you have done and we have to deal with the loss from purchasing Papillon's from Katurah's Papillons.  It's so unfair to the dogs, but you just care about the "injustice to Pamela"...Make it all about yourself as the rest of us know the real injustice was to the dogs you bred and sold to us.  Nothing more.

Name calling and threats are typical Pamela.  Can't accept responsibility for the health issues you created.  Fess up and tell the truth...not "Pamela's truth"...Baiters do exactly what you're trying to do.  Read Dr. Phil's "Life Code"...it's written all about people like you who can't stand up for what and who they are.  You always have to accuse others of doing you wrong.  Get a life and correct the mess you have caused...

 You really shouldn't rant when you are not on your game.  The misspelled words and accusations are 100% from you Pamela.  Look up the correct spelling of all the words you typed in your threatening rant.  Slander is a word you need to look up and read thoroughly.  We have told the truth and you are calling us names and threatening us.. Proof is what you need and I'd like to see you produce it.  We have the vet records that were sent to you...only to have you ignore them.  What "Breeder of Merit" does that.  You need to read what's available thru public records in Idaho.  County agencies, state agencies, etc., do not lie about their dealings with you.  Why didn't you appear in your own court proceedings if you were telling the truth?  Keep throwing out your anger and evil and the prospective buyers reading about you will get the total picture from you and you alone.  Nobody is fooled by the false information you provide no matter how you post it.  Facts are facts and you can't hide the fact that you produced dogs with liver shunts and are still breeding the same dogs.  You should seriously consider dropping the subject and quit throw our daggers at those telling the truth...

 Talk about rats getting caught in a trap...I supposed you find it okay to ignore the trap Pamela was caught in...made by no other than herself!!!! I must keep pointing out to folks like you that Pamela has lied right on this report...and how do you know this?  I did produce the proof "rigt on this report" that what I have been saying is true...and what she's been saying is a pure lie.

I have the VET REPORT from two different vets...scroll down and you can the portion of these reports that I did provide that clearly disputes the accusations Pamela made again me.  Did Pamela offer up anything to prove her assucations?  NO.

Right here on this report she was caught red handed in lying.  It's plain as day for you to read..and the best that you and Ms. Pamela can do is call me a liar....no proof do you have of that mind you...you never met me, never had any dealings with me.  The only thing that I can see that you have been successful in providing is that you are willing to stand by a breeder who doesn't honor Vet reports, who doesn't honor their trade deals.  You actually applaud her for refusing to acknowledge vet reports!!!  And what does that say for the way you do business?  What does that say aboutthe kind of person you are?  Go ahead offer up some proof that I am lying.  How do you plan on dusputing the vet reports that I have?  Your looking like one of those rats you speak about being caught in their very own trap.  Because the bottom line is:  An ethical breeder would not condone, nor defend a breeder who will now acknowledge vet reports, etcs., like you are doing....

 Perhaps you should let sleeping dogs lay.  You keep fueling the fire and with all the typos and statements here in provided, it's you Pamela.  You should be ashamed of yourself for your behavior and how you have taken hard earned money for dogs with liver shunts.  I hope and pray that anyone reading these reports realize what's going on and that it's you keeping the comments coming.  You should verify the facts and use spell check apparently you don't read what you write...you just ramble.  Well until you make the dog sales right for the liver shunts you're still the one who's done your buyers wrong.  Stating the facts and truth will stand up against you as you have nothing else to provide, but your ramblings.  AKC doesn't look at you as you state on your page.  BBB did in fact take reports from those of us who contacted them.  They were provided documentation to the complaints.  You need to re-think your hostile life and stop the drama that you create on a daily basis.  Nobody believes you anymore Pamela. 

 I just don't understand..for someone who doesn't know me at all, you know nothing about me, but what Pam tells you..You clearly have not read all the posts to see that I have produced proof of what I did say and yet you call me a liar?  What don't you understand with the statement I made?  It's not the sales that go right from Pamela.  It's the sales that go wrong.  It's the way she deals with those problems that is not at all ethical.

Pamela has posted false statements and I did provide proof in disputing them.  False statements make liars.  Posted on this site she claims I switched a male dog at the vets for the eye examinations.  Clearly on the vet reports it states female..Jezz..puppy and if that isn't good enough for you to believe what a liar she is then the pupy stayed over night.  I got the reports when I picked her up the next day.  She was tested for liver shunts and they found immature cataracs.  Now tell me please how did I break into the vets overnight?  Switch a mostly black adult male dog for a female puppy and that the vet could not have caught the difference and if that doesn't convince you then, do you think I could sell you the Brooklyn Bridge?

To claim that I am doing so well with the others dogs she sold me...that's not true either.  I did linebreed the female dog I got from her once, my thought was to bring out the qualities she was missing and some of the qualities of the better dogs in her pedigree.  She had three very thin weak puppies.  They all died within a week.  Hmmmm non functioning livers maybe?  My breeding program now is of English and German lines.  The only things that seems tow rok with the dogs she sold me is to breed total outcrossings.  I want no part of the lines that Pamela claims she worked on for years and has never had any problems with since she cleaned out everyone else crap.  You see I found that to be a lie.

To says I am a jealous competitor...how can that be true?  She lives in Idaho and I live on the east coast.

As I read these posts I see that someone can make a whole lot of money seeling Brooklyn Bridges to these folks.  Pamela also claims she's taking em to court...My oh My another lie.  So where's the lawsuit Pamela?  She states her dogs have een tested for just about everything.  Funny AKC doesn't add that informatioon to her dogs names when registering litters.  They do add that information....She also harrassed me into adding my name to the posts...well you can clearly see my name is right there.  Pamela makes up crazy cover up stories and in that one posting she provided just that.

 You apparently have not purchased anything from Pamela Schweikert or you would not be writing such nonsense on Rip-Off.  We have told the truth and that's not acting like two year olds.  Both Dianne and I have paid good money for the dogs we "purchased" from Katurah's Papillons.  Every dog I purchased has issues.  You need to do your homework before you accept Pamela's form of the "truth".  She was asked to appear in her own court case, but didn't testify as that required telling the truth...not her form of the truth. 

As far as the BBB is concerned.  Contact them for yourself instead of listending to Pamela's blabbing.  They have the complaints on file.  Another comment I would like to make is perhaps you need to do "spell check" before posting your nasty comments about us.  This looks like it was written by a child. 

I don't have to respond to your comments about my horses.  I have been recognized by AQHA for years so I do not have a bad reputation there.  You talk about lying well here's one I can prove once again. 

Pamela has used the last name Smith.  Check with the state of Idaho for all other alias' by the way. 

The dogs I "purchased from Katuraha's Papillons" are NOT doing great so you need to get the story straight.  As far as the name calling, that comes directly from Pamela and apparently she gave you her version of the story.  It's too back that you don't check the facts before posting such nonsense. 

I don't find the word "lutercrest" in any dictionary.  Who sounds "silly now". 

I feel sorry that you would believe someone so easily.  Try buying dogs at full price and then getting what we did.  Liver shunts are nothing to laugh at by the way and I resent your comments about my experience with Pamela. 

All three of you weisels should be frocked for ALL the lies and slandering remarks about this Papillon Breeder.  It is my job to Advenge the rightous and permanetly destroy the evil as you three are.

Donna Mars has never finished paying for dogs she has gotten from this breeder and hasn't given back the pick puppies out of the litters.  The rath is coming word is out and ALL YOUR Vicious Games ARE UP.  I went and looked on the Idaho rigitory never found much there but tons of slander from you asses.  This breeder is holding the registration papers, contracts to these dogs.  Strange Donna is on certain websites copying Katurah's words of her site and using them as she runs her down her with slander and you two.  What was your call name???? David hummmm! In my opinion works of ALL three of you.  I beleive this breeder tried to help Donna in everyway gave her a couple of dog kangaroo leashes and beautiful expensive purse and way to much more to write.  OMG she is breeding and showing her dogs and the two of you.  You three must be proud of your demeneers of trash and gossip.

If this isn't calling a Spade a Spade of lies and fraud all us would be scratching our heads reading this stupidy.

I would never beleive any of this if I was a dog owner.  This website allows major garbage to be printed no factual truths.  This site holds no weight in my eyes.

My suggestion would be to stop lying all of you live in dream worlds of lies.

 I am apauled to all the lies, back stabbing, and unprofessionalism from both of these two women, Judy Robinson and Diane Johnson also a guy named David?  None of you have respect for anyone and act like two year olds.  Ya all have done nothing but lie about this breeder and her dogs.  Ya all are correct about your comment concerning integrity self worth.  I don't believe any of you three have any.  I checked with BBB and how interesting it was to fine out who was writing the truth.  It was neither one of you two women.  Ya all counterdicted yourselves in writing.

This breeder is a very nice person that ya all are slandering.  I hope this breeder does file suit against ya all and deserve it.

Where are the horses JR claiming she has and has a bad reputation there?  Another lie.  Her last name isn't Smith and ya all should get your facts straight.  I can't believe anyone would these lies.  Both of you are back washing when ya all own several of her dogs and are doing great with them.  DJ has been winning with some.  If it wasn't for this breeder none of ya all would be able to have puppies to show and great with them.  I believe there is a picture of one winning you have posted on this site which is out of dogs from this breeder.

It is lutercrest to say this breeder should move out of Mount Home and she wasn't wanted there.  Do ya all know how silly ya all sound?
