Panache & Myers Putting a lot of interest on an account from 2006. Nationwide
About 2 years ago this company started harassing me about a debt from a clothing store, Blair Fashions, which I don't remember even ordering from. So about a year ago I agreed to pay $50.00 a month, they led me to believe that would be done then. They said i owed $693.89. Well after the year was up they called to renew my terms, i said i thought that was all, it was done, they say no I still owed $1324.88, My bank notified me 2 days ago that they were garnish our bank account, but I have a joint account so the bank said they can't do that. So I received a letter in the mail today. I owed $993.89, plus $845.99, plus $45.00 judgement fee, plus $30.00 writ fee, and garnishment check fee surcharge $10.00. Then they did take the $600.00 in payments I made off. So I still owe $1324.88. So if I pay another year if will be the same thing. HELP.
