I saw the product on facebook as an advertisement of what Oprah is taking to lose weight. They offer you a sample of Acai-slim for the cost of S&H Charges ($5). I think why not, I'll check it out. Then I get this brown unmarked envelope with no return address or shipping/billing information, only the bottle. I thought that was odd because they also included something I didn't ask for the "powertea".
Then I get my AMEX bill and it shows a charge of 79.95 for some ACAI-SLIM Software?? Plus after I read another scam report I realized what the other charge for WWW.FIT-FAC.COM was from. So I have 2 charges from the same people totalling over $100 on my bill. Thank heavens that I know that AMEX will take care of it right away. I didn't even want to try to call another fraudulent place. Any website they list on the bottles has no company info or way to contact them. (no phone number)
Do not make the mistake of thinking it's a good deal and give them your credit card number. They need to be stopped. Very bad business and now I don't even trust the products they sent. Anyone that unethical probably has no problem with cutting corners on manufacturing and ingredients. I'm pretty bummed out to have fallen for the "when you think it's too good to be true..."
