If your a victim of a business scam, it really should be construed as a criminal offence, but the provincial and federal government, respectively Revenue Canada and the laws that govern Best Business Practice are not being enforced to protect individuals.

As many you read this post you will understand that the company discussed in this article is not new to finding itself begin bashed! All articles are written by indivduals like yourself and former employees of the the company that have integrity and compassion for people.

You the unsuspecting investor will lose your investment. 

Using various registered company names over the years such as, Moneta, Starz, Starz Canada, Starz 1 and Now the new name Panama Joe Coffee. If you like feel free to browse the website at: panamajoecoffee.ca. This in my opinion speaks volumes as to what the company really represents and does to investors.

Once again playing a smoke and mirror game of trying to establish a company that claims to found itself on the success of you. Frankly, it is the most unethical and unorthidox buiness practice that I have ever encountered.

Please be reminded that any positive rebuttle on this forum to refute the tarnished image, is the result of their own  efforts to shed a postive light on the company and its client base. So they have their own staff write postive articles.

More importantly the company hard sells you and provides no cool down period and will not refund your deposit. I know this well because on many occassions I was not authorized to give back deposits which subseqently resulted in lawsuits against the company and many of its staff.

Tips I would reccomend is never sign anything when you review the criteria. Further, don't request referrerals becuase the bogus referrals they provide will be one of their own staff members that you have not engaged with. You will call one of them and they will tell you that the business is fantastic!

The vending industry may hold prospects for large industry people but rest assured the vending business will not generate any worth while income to small investors. In addition don't expect any technical assisstance unless you bring the part to the company for repair. The warranty is totally misleading.

You will not make a dime! Be cautious on the added value package they discuss. The vending equipment is outrageoulsy over priced. In addition you will pay installation fees and significant location fees with no after sales support if they fail to produce revenue. In which case 99.9% fail.

If you really want to get into vending to generate risdual cash flow then review craigslist for equipment and assisstance. You will save your investment, time, health and well being by being prudent and doing your research.

Lets summarize: Do not sign any agreement, nor should you ever provide the deposit, you will not get a refund, even if you have consulted a lawyer or paralegal. The cool down period of ten days will not apply as the compay will suggest they provided some sort of service to not warrant a refund. Please do nnot consider taking the company to court. This is a costly and time consuming task that will further frustrate you. Do not ask for references as there are none that will be genuine operators. Do not allow anyone to hard sell you. Do not allow Simon Ham to sweet talk you. As they say "you dont need an enemy with a friend like him."

Do your research, take your time, and look into other opportunites.

Think of Panama Joe Coffee as a disease. Your likely going to catch it and the misery it brings if you get to close!
