i purchased a panasonic microwave online that was defective. I immediately informed them that i needed to return it but i had to pay return shipping so I continued to used the microwave the most important parts seem to work, 2 months later the microwave died. After frustrating experiences with customer service, i was supposed to contact a waranty repair shop several miles from my home. When i phoned the shop they were rude and hang up.
