KX-TG2740S purchased July 2003. with extreme difficulty programing. Very little help from Customer Service.

Bet Buy, Framingham, MA are not interested in problems unless an extra service warranty is purchased at the time of sale. This warranty was not offered to meat the time of purchase.

Mailed complete unit consisting of a base and 2 handsets, with a letter of disatisfaction. Jusst received 1 handset back that looks like it has had quite a bit of use.

I tried to contact officers of Matsushita Electric Corporation of American to voice my displeasure, there is no information on the internet regarding their principals. I don't blame them for trying to hide!!!!!

I will never purchase anything made by Panasonic again.
