We placed an order for a dragon advent calendar where each day would reveal a cute dragon figurine. Not only did the product arrive almost 3 weeks after the order, it came almost in complete tatters (some of the cardboard doors for the calendar were already punched out), and the cute dragon figurines were cheap small plastic dinosaurs (not what was in the picture).  Therefore, the wrong product came and there were a lot of shipping damages. 

Unfortunately, the customer service was even worse.  I requested a full refund but they expected me to pay for the shipping back (for a damaged product) in order to get the full refund.  Otherwise, they kept offering partial refunds (literally, I got 4 straight emails that went from 10% to 30% to 65% to 80%), but have refused to ever offer the full refund (it was a total of $52.67).

Despite my strongly worded emails and requests for a full refund and communication with a manager, nothing has been honored.  It is clear that they do not care about their customer experience or the quality of their products.  Do not shop with them.  If you do, you will be sorely disappointed and upset like myself.
