I registered with them July 29, 2006 setting up my Login info(e-mail & password)& used Roboform to log in each time. I checked my account balance regularly & was credited for some "surveys", not yet for others.

I found the majority of surveys were "offers" consisting of free trials requiring a credit card which would be charged if trial was not canceled on time. Although signing up was a mere click away, an act of God (& sometimes Satan) was needed to free yourself. It turned into a full time job to keep on top of them!

Sometimes S&H fees had to be paid & quite often negated the survey compensation. Particularly, dubious small print traps involving cell phone offers would catch you if you texted an answer to a seemingly unimportant question & POOF, you were charged next bill.(don't pay it - lose your phone service)

After learning to scrutinize Terms & Conditions I finally managed to get into the Black all the way to just above the minimum $100 needed to request payment. Needless to say I immediately took steps to get paid!

As Comcast had just bought out my ISP (Adelphia) I had been forced to change my addresses with eBay & PayPal, so I updated my Panda Research profile to match. When I attempted to log back into the Request Payment page, all of a sudden my e-mail address was "not in our system. Please retry Login". Many "retrys" later using every avenue & browser I could muster, my dangerous blood pressure level lead me to start composing.

I Print Screened & copied everything I could use as evidence, zipped off a nasty letter to the PANDA & now I'm here. Any suggestions?
